Session preparation
This case provides a neat opportunity to confront a sharp set of issues and scenarios that can arise when venturing abroad. As the venture described in the case is not high tech, you can skim the sections pertaining to the industry. However, make sure that you do grasp the economics (i.e., what determines profitability in the case industry).
