* Who will we serve in the future? What are the [[Customer segments]] that the company will target?
* What will we offer in the future? What is the [[Customer Value Proposition]] that the company aims to offer?
* How will we accomplish this? What is the [[Business Model]] that will enable the customer value proposition?
Three paths are important:
# ''Market making'' or creation, develop new customer value proposition
# ''Market hunting'', acquiring new customers for existing customer value propositions
# ''Market farming'', nurturing or streamlining the relationship with existing customers.
