In Dutch law, the general contract terms refer to:
1. An acceptance that deviates from the offer, is considered as a new offer and rejects the original one
2. If an acceptance deviates on minor points, this will hold as legally bound acceptance
3. If offer and acceptance refer to different 'general contract terms', the general terms //''of the offer''// will apply.
