The ''distribution channels'' compound of the [[Business Model Canvas]] tries to answer the following questions:
* Could we increase our customer base by better using our channels?
* How can we better integrate our channels (better linking websites to physical outlets)
* Could we introduce new communication and distribution channels to reach existing or new customers (e.g. through partner distribution agreements)
* If yes, how could we manage across channels as to avoid [[conflicts|Channel conflict matrix]] and channel cannibalization?
