* If you follow the steps you have a good chance tp make the sale
* The fact that people move up and down the path to purchase in a predictable way does not mean that you can script the sale because you can't
* To succesfully plan for the future you've got to know where you are now
* If you don't now what you are trying to do you won't know when you have done it.
* Skip a step and miss a sale.
* You have to rean the righ to move to the next step
