* Hard to copy... so that it cannot easily be copied by competitors

* Learning - Absorbing new information and experiences better (toyota, amazon, GE)
* Efficiency - Being leaner and managing cost of operation better (Ryanair, Lidl, Aldi, Wal-Mart)
* Innovation - Doing more new things in both content and processes (Apple, Intel, 3M)
